Christmas Eve 2008

A visit from Santa Claus on Christmas Eve

was the best surprise ever.

Early in the evening Paul took his small bag of magic reindeer dust out to the front lawn and sprinkled it around, to guide the reindeer to our home.

Building a Gingerbread house on Christmas Day sure added to the fun.

Carrie And Brian hosted our Christmas Brunch. Carrie made pumpkin pancakes with warm spiced syrup.

Paul and Caitlin had a great day running up and down the stairs.

Thanksgiving 2008

We had a very quiet Thanksgiving this year.

Lots of food and football too.

Paul really enjoyed the turkey leg.

Ryan and Veronica are as cute as ever and the wedding

plans are going great.

Lisa spent this Thanksgiving with the Wittrock family and

got in on a lot of Black Friday shopping specials.

Lisa and Tim received the keys to their new house, pictures to follow soon.

Paul and Chloe only last a few moments digging out the guts. After that Jeanette and I end up doing all the fun stuff.

Lisa and Tim’s Wedding

Family arrives from Washington State, Tennessee

and Massachusetts for the big day.

Everyone learns their part for the wedding day.

Now if Paul had only been listening

The day of the wedding Paul while still in the dressing room, discovers the matchbox car in the ring bearers pillow that was suppose to entertain him during the ceremony. When it was time for him to walk Caitlin down the isle he is way to busy running the car up and down the arms of the pews. So Caitlin walks alone, and as Dad walks Lisa down the isle they were not even able to coax him to follow them.

Lisa is the only one he will let dress him the day of the wedding.The melt down began early in the day.

Beautiful day the weather could not have been nicer. The dinner was great and the only mishap all evening was a bloody lip on Paul from a spill on the dance floor. The Photo booth was the biggest draw for the guests. Tim and Lisa were able to take home an instant scrapbook of the event.

We spent a wonderful day riding rides and following Paul from place to place throughout Disneyland. Favorite ride Star Wars . The following morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the Disneyland hotel with the characters including Chip and Dale, Goofey and Baloo.
